Michael Jackson-Dead

^ The man just died remarks like that are so tacky. so NOT funny.

we should all watch the video clip from kevjumba (:

haha youtube makes me smile.

although someone just saying “dude michael jackson died” out of the blue is funny purely because mentioning it is so random. like if someone said “dude george bush died” out of the blue, the names would be interchangeable purely because they are so random, as I said before, and because you half expect them to have been joking and laugh to please your friend’s joke, if you get what I mean. I get why people laughed at it though, because at first I laughed too when I couldn’t believe it. It was the most random/insane thing I had heard.

I’d rather have it be that than him actually dying. Grr.

Meh, we laughed at Michael in life, why should it be different in death? Just like if you love someone, and they die, you still love them.

That’s why this media **** is so fake. Spends years ranting about how he’s a wackjob, about how he’s a monster, and then now everyone’s like 'Oh I’ve always loved Michael, he’s a inspiration for us all."

If you like the guy, mourn him. If you have always derived crude entertainment from him, continue to do so. If you don’t really give a damn, then don’t feel obligated to post RIP King of Pop or whatever just because everyone else is.

Good post. I laughed at him when he was alive and I will laugh at him in his death. You guys take this way too seriously.

I feel bad though because no one really appreciated his music when he was alive. They only cared about the gossip. He only gets recognition when he dies.

You’re crazy if you think no one appreciated his music.

In the last few years, his music was overshadowed by his eccentricities.

Obvi, but when one is charged with child molestation, it’s sort of deserved. To say his music was wholly unappreciated and that he is only now receiving recognition is patently ridiculous.

Obviously perception is skewed for people that are in their teens and don’t remember a time before the trial and other weirdness.

^^^The sad, sad truth. A lot of people in this generation are seriously missing out on his music. :frowning: I laugh at people who honestly think Lady Gaga is more revolutionary than Michael Jackson.
