<p>Do you mean Northeastern or Northwestern? Assuming they cost about the same, Michigan would be a much better choice than Northeastern. Between Michigan and Northwestern, I would recommend going for fit since both are excellent. I was not aware that Michigan Engineering had honors and I am fairly certain that Northeastern does not either. So the choice is likely between Michigan and Northeastern, in which case I recommend Michigan.</p>
