Michigan State University chances

Hi. I have a GPA of 3.69 and an ACT of 24. I am involved in extracurriculars such as National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, National Hispanic Honor Society, Health Occupations Students of America, and I did cheerleading for one year, as well as Key Club for one year. I am in the top 20% in my class, out of 431 students. I have/will have taken 5 AP classes by the time I graduate: AP Language & Composition, AP Government & Politics, AP Macroeconomics, AP Biology, and AP Psychology. I was wondering what my chances are of getting accepted into MSU. It is my top school. Please and thank you!! I appreciate it very much. Also, should I retake my ACT even if MSU's range is 23-28.

You have a pretty high chance. Your GPA & ACT are in the average range of 3.4-3.9 & 23-28.From what I hear, MSU focuses a lot on the whole person, not just test scores & grades. Your EC’s are excellent, which will really stand out to the university. Just make sure your essay is amazing.
