<p>I believe Duke wants them to be turned in whenever your midyear grades are released by your high school. Usually you'd give the form to your guidance counselor and they'll fill it out as the required information becomes available. There's really no set deadline as different high schools have different schedules and deadlines by which they release grades.</p>
