I am an international student and in my country the first semester ends in February. When I logged into the student portal a couple of days ago, it appeared that they were waiting for my mid year report. Should I e-mail the university and tell them that the report won't be available until February? Or do they already know that international schools have different schedules?

High schools all over the world (even those in the US) have semesters with different schedules, some school’s have semesters which end in late December, late January, and late February. As mid-year reports are to be uploaded by your guidance counselor, all Admissions Offices (not just Harvard) understand that mid-year reports arrive at staggered intervals depending upon a high school’s academic schedule. So, there’s no need to alert Admissions, just make sure that you GC uploads them when available.
