Mid-Year Report & Updating Application

I have a couple of questions I would like to have answered.

Do I send in the mid-year report or my guidance counselor does? I’m not really familiar with the whole process.
a. If I’m suppose to, how would I do it? Would I make a copy of my report card with my 1st and 2nd quarter grades and then mail it to them?

Does Boston University allow you to update your application? I recently made something I’d like to add to my portfolio for video.
a. If I can update it, can I mail it to them?

If the report and/or updated portfolio needs to be mailed, what is the address? I am thinking it would be the address given on collegeboard.com but I want to make sure.

Thanks in advance.

I call BU 2 weeks ago and they said it better if ur guidance counselor sends it becuz it make it an "official copy". And about the video, the best thing to do is to call and ask if u can update it and who should you send it too.

Call them.

They don't accept videos, I've already asked.

Okay thanks guys. I emailed a Boston administrator thinking I would not get a reply back since I assumed they were busy. But surprisingly, I did get a reply back. Here's the email they sent me just for people who have the same questions as me...

"Thank you for your continued interest in Boston University.

The mid-year report is sent in by the guidance counselor. Generally,
it is the student's responsibility to print the form from the Common
Application website and submit this to their guidance counselor.

Any additional materials you would like added to your application file
can be sent to:
121 Bay State Road
Boston, MA 02215.

The above address is also where your guidance counselor should send
your mid-year report.

Feel free to contact me with any further questions."
