mid-year report

<p>Do we have to send the mid -year report ourself by mail to every schools we applied? or our counselor is doing the job himself by fax or e-mail? or we must ask the counselor to not forget about sending the mid-year report to our selected schools and give him envelops? or the counselor will give the mid-year report sealed and asks you to mail it to your selected schools? i have a big doubt here! i don't know what to do! and when will it be available?(the report).</p>

<p>At our school, the reports are sent in by counselors by mail. But we provide them with the forms, plus addressed and stamped envelopes. Also, we have to order official transcripts with the first semester grades on it to be sent to the counselor so she can send them in with the mid year reports. </p>

<p>Check with your counselor to see how he or she would like you to handle it. Don't assume that it just gets done by them.</p>
