<p>What exactly is the Mid Year School Report? Is it just the form that the Common App. provides? Is that all we have to send in?</p>
<p>The school sends it in. It's updated transcripts. You'll probably have to apply for them in you counselor's office, although some schools like mine automatically send them for you if you've already applied and paid for transcripts.</p>
