Middlebury Language School Questions?

Hi everyone!! I'm considering applying for this program but I have some hesitations...if you could please answer any of these questions...that'd be great!!

I've considered going for Arabic which is what I learned when I was little in like elementary school. However, I stopped for a good 4 years. So at this moment, I can't really recall much of anything. How is Middlebury's program academically? how intense is it? Overall, is it better to go for Arabic and hopefully it'll come back to me, or start a new language from scratch? Not to sound like a language snob, but do other beginners hold more advanced students back? or do they group them by skill? is this program literally mentally exhausting?

when we aren't in the classroom, what activities are there? is there a gym or fitness room?

how difficult is admission for an upcoming college freshman, and how difficult is it to get scholarships? would there be others my age, or mostly an older group of students?

if anyone could write about their experience, that'd be great!!
THANKS!!

i heard its good!

*** The program is very intense and will help you bring back you language skills. I can’t tell you so much about the other aspects, except there are other activities provided when class isn’t in session.
