I’ve had many internships in hospitals and OR rooms
I’ve won Science Fair at regionals and am the president of a charity club as well as biotech Club
I lived in Singapore for the first half of Highschool
Played volleyball on a varsity level when I was there
Won Gold in SASMO Math Competition

As good as any other top student. It doesn’t guarantee admission however. You’re better off arguing how you’re a match for the college and what you’ll contribute to your new community rather than rely on stats. Are you from North Dakota, URM or first gen? all of those are more important than 800 or 1600 or a gold in Math Comp.

I know a freshman there right now. He had similar stats and played high school golf. That was it. If he interviewed, it would have been a quiet conversation.
I think you have a good shot.
If you apply ED, you should be admitted.
If Midd genuinely is your first choice, apply ED1, where the chances are arguably higher. Numerically you’re in the right place.
Much more important than the tactics is the strategy: why is Midd your number 1 choice (vs Williams/Amherst/Haverford/Pomona/Ivies etc) and what will you bring to the community that is distinctive and valuable?
