midyear stuff very important?

I know I asked this before but it is something I am very concerned about. Once you get an interview it seems as if all that matters is how well you do during your interview. Can anyone that has been accepted to a program attest to that? Do you think they would get your midyear and examine that as well? It is hard to tell if they would or would not but it seems to me that if the medical school is the one that makes the final decision, they won't even get the midyear from my school so it shouldn't matter. My midyear isn't like realllllly terrible, just one class, AP chemistry is reallllly terrible...so idk. Anyone have any ideas?

i don't think they'll get our midyear reports conisdering all the hustle and bustle of the admissions offices (at both the undergrad and med school). I think we should be okay.
