Min. requirements for selective schools: standarized tests (like ACT), hobbies, etc

just registered on this website... and already here with my story!</p>

<p>The things is, I'm an average student from Belgium with average grades (and so on)... and for fun I'm filling in all fields on Commonapp.org</p>

<p>Now, I'm a total nembie and I mostly ask this out of curiousity, so please don't smite my na</p>

<p>I can only answer what I know
I heard colleges like MIT rejected people with 2400 SAT scores. But last year MIT did not accept anyone with SAT Math under 550.
Getting a GED is like you have finished high school.
computer science. MIT, Caltech, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon are some nice ones</p>
