I'm really interested in minoring in film and I know this is usually done at Bryn Mawr. However, I've looked through the film courses offered at both Swat and BM, and I feel like Swarthmore offers a larger variety of workshop-type classes. I know we can take classes there, but can we minor at Swarthmore?

Probably not. The [College Catalog](http://www.haverford.edu/catalog/academic_program.php#minors) says that you can minor at Haverford or Bryn Mawr, and majoring at Swarthmore is only possible in majors not offered in the Bi-Co (such as linguistics).

The good news is that Bryn Mawr would probably accept many Swarthmore classes for a minor. Bryn Mawr is fine with anything as long as your minor adviser will sign off on your coursework. I majored at Bryn Mawr but took 9 out of 13 classes elsewhere.
