I was unable to accept the Award Offers before the deadline which was due April 24, 2019. The award has been cancelled because of no response.
Is there any way to accept the awards now or re-apply for it?
If it was financial aid awarded by a college, you can try calling the financial aid office. Unfortunately I wouldn’t give very high odds, seeing as you’re coming up on a month past the deadline. All they can say is no, however.
Ask the awarding agency. My guess is that they will say no and already made the award to someone else given your lack of response.
