I missed the deadlines for the December test session, so I won't be able to take two subject tests in January, because I will be taking the SAT. I understand that I still might be able to go as a standby, but what happens if that doesn't work? Will colleges still process my application without having taken two SAT subject tests by the end of the January test session? ICan colleges accept me on condition that I successfully take the subject tests on the next possible test date?

If the college actually requires two SAT II scores, including from internationals, then your application for admission will not be considered without them. If they are not there by early to mid-February, you will likely get a notice from the college that your application file is incomplete and that you need to submit the required materials promptly to be considered for admission. If they don’t receive them very soon thereafter, your application will be denied for failure to provide required materials.

Your only option is to test as a standby. You should just arrive earlier at any test center at the scheduled test day and, if there are seats available, they will allow you in. There’s an extra surcharge for that option that will be later billed by CB.

Maaaan, I hope you guys are wrong. I emailed THE college and will hope to receive an answer different than what you are saying. In any other case, I guess I am notoriously screwed.

Anyway, thank you for your extreeeemely quick responses. :)
