Missouri vs Iowa vs Kansas vs Nebraska

I have finally narrowed my college choices down to the Universities of Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska but I am having real trouble deciding which one to choose. Nebraska is the cheapest although it is the school I most dislike and money is not too big of a problem considering none of the schools are incredibly expensive. I plan on going into Business with a concentration in Finance. I hope to one day live in a state far away like California and Texas if that helps but I am really just curious if one of these schools is best? If anyone has personal experiences here? Is a certain one best for finance?
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt

@MSx1117 They are all great national universities that will give you the full spectrum experience of college. I have had the opportunity to visit all of 4 of the campuses personally. I am probably a little bit biased and will admit that up front. My husband’s BSBA in Finance was from the University of Missouri. I don’t know about undergraduate rankings, but the University of Missouri has highly ranked graduate programs at the College of Education and Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, as well as a School of Medicine and a Tier 1 School of Law. If you are a football fan, I think that University of Missouri has consistently had a good football team for several years running–including winning the SEC East as well as Bowl games. Having interviewed for a job in both Columbia, MO and Iowa City, Iowa, I much prefer the college town atmosphere of Columbia over Iowa City. If you are a fair weather friend, the winters will be longer and more severe in Lincoln NE and Iowa City, IA. Unfortunately, if you are a big basketball fan, Missouri would be a disappointment there and Kansas might be a better choice. My impression is that the cultural life (plays, musicals, ballets, concerts, art fairs) at the University of Iowa is much superior. Don’t know if this helps you at all. In the end, you probably won’t go wrong with any of them–the question is where feels more comfortable to you?

Thank you for the reply @CoMoMom ! I really appreciate what you have said about Columbia being a superior college town in your eyes. I understand they’re all respectable institutions so really what may set the four apart is simply the college atmosphere! Again, thanks for the reply!
