Mistake on Temple Common App

Hi,

I submitted my Temple app thru the Common App a few weeks ago, applying early action. I just realized that my “current/recent year” courses aren’t really accurate – when I first filled out the common app it was still summer so I put down my junior year courses. However, I applied to Temple well after senior year had begun and I forgot to update the courses. I think my senior year courses look stronger than my junior year courses (taking Calc AB rather than precalc, for example) and am hoping for honors so I assume that the stronger my high school courses, the better my odds. Is it worth it for me to contact Temple about this to try to tell them about my current courses, and if so how do I do that?

Thanks for the help!

Yes, it is worth it. It will only help your application look stronger. Email the admissions office with your name and TuID and then list the specifics and what you want to change.

They should see your senior year courses when they get a mid-year transcript but it wouldn’t hut to send an update to the admissions officer with that information.

@777629 @happy1 Okay I’ll do that then. Thanks for the help!
