MIT and IVY Leagues?

I don't really have nice stats as most of people that I see here, but I just wanted to find out.

Well just little bit about my background. I was born in Korea and I've lived in Korea for about 9 years. Then, I started moving around countries like China, Canada, the UK, and now I'm going to a highschool in the US.

It's been about 3 years since I moved to the states. (Transcript shows my record in school in China for the first semester of Freshman year)

My GPA should be about slightly over 3.8 or something. Just a few B's.
(class rank under 20 out of 250)

I took ESL in the first semester.

Overall I will have 4 or 5 AP classes by the end of senior year. (class of 2006)
(calc, stat, bio, env science, lit)

My first SAT score was just around 1800. So, I really worked hard over the summer and now I get around 2100 and my goal is around 2200.

I scored around 287 on TOEFL, and I will also take Math level 2, Chem, and Korean for SAT II's

My ECs are really poor.
I play bass clarinet in band, I did internship and job working with computers, I have been doing community service for about two years now.
I do play a lot of sports but I wasn't able to join any school sports. (argg)

Do you think I have any chance??

Oh I'm still Korean citizen and I am in desperate need of financial aid.

Hate to be harsh, but your chances are slim. Doesn't hurt to take your chances and throw in an app though.

Thank you for the reply.
I would like to know the schools that I have greater chance of getting in and also generous to international students regarding finaid. (if there is such kind of school)

I may be wrong, but I think that Swarthmore gives finaid to international students. It would be a pretty big reach for you, but if you keep working on those SAT's and write a spectacular essay, you might have a shot.
