I couldn’t give a specific title because I have more than one question. What are the required courses for applying to the Computer Engineering at MIT? And, will it be possible to apply for a Computer Engineering degree with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science? I did not apply to MIT because my A Level grades were too low for that but I want to aim for MIT for my Master’s degree. I’ve been accepted to a few colleges for undergraduate studies and my top two are WPI and Mount Holyoke right now. Mount Holyoke is offering me more aid than WPI so, for my parents’ wallets’ sake, I’m leaning more towards it. What I’d like to know is if I’d have equal chance of getting into MIT with an MHC degree as with a WPI degree, or will studying at WPI be better despite the difference in the cost.
Additional information: WPI has both Computer Science and Engineering while MHC has Computer Science only but allows students to study at UMass for an Engineering major for two years (the process is pretty competitive though, if what’s written on the website is true)
Thanks!
