How’s everyone’s research going? My draft is coming out much more quickly than I expected, fortunately!
@Radiant same here !! Just need to refine things and properly cite all my sources and then I’m good to go
pretty good!! it’s going way quicker than i expected hahaha
Has anyone gotten their MIT ID yet ??
^ Whoops that’s the second time I asked that question :))
@SlayMeLove Lol in case you’re still wondering, yeah, I’ve gotten mine
I have mine as well.
@Radiant really ?? Did you get it through your sponsor or directly in your email ? And how long ago
Never mind. I’m a dummy, it was in my spam folder the whole time L-)
Did anyone make a blog for their INSPIRE project ??
I haven’t. Maybe I’ll do one next year.
does anyone know where exactly submit our report / abstract? i can’t find any place on the website
Under ‘How to Apply’ it does say that you submit the report to http://getinspired.mit.edu but I’m not really sure where since I haven’t seen anything either. The page also says that the abstract must be in .pdf, .docx, .doc, .pptx, or .ppt format, so I would assume that it would be submitted the same way. @writergirl0316 has competed previously and was a finalist so she would be more likely to know than I would.

My kid was a finalist and invited to attend to compete for the best paper. I didn’t feel it took a great paper to be selected as a finalist. If MIT had paid for airfare and hotel to Boston, he probably would have gone just for the experience but no such thing.
@bsmdstudent101, if you are anxious to submit or no one here is able help you, you might also want to try the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website. If you do and they respond please let us know what they said.
I believe they stated on the website that all papers should be submitted through email (??) Correct me if I am wrong though.
They’ll probably add a form on the website when the deadline approaches. The Intent to Participate form was put up late, so maybe the organizers just aren’t really on top of it all this year.
Yeah, I was wondering that as well. Their instructions seem kind of vague, and we’ll probably send an email request to see if they plan on adding the form on later. Otherwise we’ll just email them everything.
Has anyone contacted MIT INSPIRE and figured out how to upload the report ? Thanks.
