I have my alum interview on Friday- I've contacted and looked up my interviewer and she seems pretty nice and we have some interests in common, judging from her bio and stuff.
And this is my first interview!
Any advice? In your experience, what are do/don'ts specifically for MIT, and what can i expect?
It's at her home office

Wow, this is early for an interview! Way to be proactive.

Don’t be nervous. Just be yourself. You can expect a pleasant conversation. Think about what questions you might want to ask her about life at MIT.

Sit up straight. Look the interviewer in the eye (forehead). Don’t mumble. Dress nicely. Suit not required, but ok. Nice shirt (collar), pants, shoes, etc.

Think about what you want to say about your passions. They want to get to know you, and what drives you.

Yep I emailed her as soon as I was given the contact info!

Thanks for the help!
