MIT for EECS or Berkeley for EECS?
MIT was my top choice for awhile but I didn’t realize how AMAZING Berkeley’s graduation prospects were (Look at all those Silicon Valley jobs)!!!
Can someone tell me their preference and why? They’re both number 1 really… I couldn’t go wrong with either option.
Oh and MIT is clearly more expensive too.

If I didn’t have a preference between east coast and west coast, and money was no object, I’d choose MIT. The MIT campus is God-awful ugly, though.
My main problem with Berkeley is large class size in your first and second year, but that’s not an issue for many students.
You’re not going to have a problem finding a job with an MIT degree. There are plenty of MIT grads in Silicon Valley.
