MIT's Vernon Ingram passes away

This is a sad loss. Dr. Ingram was a man of incredible brilliance and decency.

omg... he is my advisor for Biology and Medicine in the News seminar. This is very very sad. =(

I was honored to serve (all too briefly) with Dr. Ingram on the C.A.P. (Committee on Academic Performance) in the last year. Dr. Ingram was a strong advocate for students and an inspiration. He will be sorely missed.
