I need help. I don't know whether to apply to the College of Arts and Sciences or to the College of Engineering. I want some advice about which is probably better for me, and whether or not I have a decent chance.

Let me know so I can ask many questions!

It depends on what you want to do. It's totally your choice. Especially if you're more of a math or physics person, then you might want to consider engineering. If you like to stay away from those 2 subjects then go for arts and sciences. There are also a lot of required courses for engineering that you might not like, especially since cornell doesn't have a specific biomedical engineering major, you would have to major in something totally different like cheme or bioengineering. The two subjects are pretty different, you should really look at if you want to be doing stuff like nanotech and lasers or more of stuff like genetics and cell cultures.
