My GPA isn't so great 3.0-3.1 but my SAT is pretty good 2100. I was wondering what is more important for Michigan admissions.

Unweighed GPA by a considerable amount.

I think they are both pretty equal.

a 3.0 with a good test score either shows you are lazy or your school is challenging

a 4.0 with a bad test score shows that your school has grade inflation.

It will take a miracle to get in with a 3.0

GPA is definitely more important for admission. I know people with 2400s and 36 on ACTs that have been waitlisted by michigan because of low gpas.

Raise your GPA…now XD
Even if you are in-state…it will be extremely hard for you to get in

I would say GPA.

GPA…and trust me, I feel your pain.

GPA, because it consists for 4 years of school work, while SAT/ACT is pretty much a test in 4-5 hours.

GPA. 10chr.

A Umich rep came to my school last year and on of the things that she told us was that GPA is way more important than test scores
