<p>However, my question is, since it only gives you two spaces on the yale supplement to report additional test dates, where should I put my last date?</p>
<p>All of my highest subsection scores are from one date, so only one test is represented in the main common app portion.</p>
<p>I see that there is a section at the bottom where you can write freely, so I suppose I would put it there?</p>
<p>I’m in the same boat as you are: 4 ACTs and not enough room to list all of my scores. I sent an official score report for each of the tests NOT listed on the Yale supplement. If money is an issue, however, I think you could just fax a page listing all of your scores (include name, d.o.b., high school, address, telephone, Common App ID, etc. along with you scores).
