Do the common app and the colleges that use it accept more than two teacher recommendations?

Currently the teachers writing recommendations for me are:

My French teacher - I had her for 3 years and I'm sure that she'll write a great recommendation. I just hope that she'll be able to bypass her English problems.

My Physics teacher - On the plus side, he knows a lot about me and he teaches a class that correlated with my major (Astrophysics/Astronomy). On the down side, this is the first year that I have him. =(

Today, which is 3 days away from my ED deadline, my Calculus teacher OFFERED to write me a recommendation (what teacher does that?!) but I didn't ask her because last year, I asked her if I could skip from Pre-Calc to Calculus BC (at my school, AB is normally required before BC). Though she allowed me, she was obviously upset at me, using a blunt and annoyed tone every time I talked to her last year. But apparently this year she really appreciates the improvements I've made and that I received a 5 on the Calc AB test through self-studying. She also knows me on a much personal level since I've had her before for Algebra II.

Anyways, my Physics teacher already sent his recommendation to all the schools I'm applying to that are on the common app. Ideally, now I want my Calculus and French teachers to write me recommendations, but it's not like I can ask my Physics teacher to take back his recs...

So, do the Common App and the schools that use it accept more than two recommendations?
