@SunnyFloridaGirl Yes, I got the Mount Holyoke Grant and the Mary Lyon Grant. It’s very generous but my parents wouldn’t be able to afford it even with these, I needed a bit more. Haven’t completely lost hope yet though

I got in with a full ride! I’m extremely happy right now but still waiting to hear from my first choice. But I’m going to go look up “admitted students’” dates and plan a tentative class schedule anyway. :P

eek I’m in!! Really thankful they let me in even though I’m an international applicant… waiting to hear from a bunch of other colleges though!

Rejected … I don’t even care anymore. Got admitted to other schools. Thought mhc would have been great but oh well, I’m. Still happy…

DD was accepted with a Leadership Scholarship! Very happy! Next step - admitted students day!

@Frohawking - congrats on the full ride! @Ellaar - so glad that you’re happy with your other admits. @LaurelAS - I got those grants too, but would still need to take student loans on top of family contribution, so we have to make decisions in my family too. Thank you for answering. @akmom124 - congrats to you and your daughter on the admit with Leadership scholarship - very exciting!

Did anyone else get a Spring admit like I did? I can only think that it’s because I’m a 3-year high school grad instead of 4. I graduate in June, but have one semester of college already on my high school transcript due to the dual-enrollment program at my high school. It’s being dropped after this year, which is why I decided to graduate early. And, I just turned 17, so maybe that’s why. I’m just happy I am accepted, but truly never thought it would be for Spring instead of Fall. Might not be a bad thing …

Daughter got in with tuition covered : )

Accepted! I honestly thought I was going to get rejected because my mid year report was crap. i’m an intl student. Kind of confused about the whole FAO thing, because I didn’t get any email from the financial office and I don’t have the student ID to activate my account?

@SunnyFloridaGirl I got the spring admit too?? Is it supposed to imply something? i am so confused… I had four years of high school though

I got in with a leadership scholarship, but the financial aid was not even close to what we can afford, like the other private colleges I applied to. University of connecticut for me…I loved mt holyoke, but I cant go into that much debt.

@CaribbeanSun - finally, a fellow Spring admit! It only implies that we are eligible to begin studies at Mount Holyoke in the Spring, not fall, for whatever reason. I wouldn’t think too much about it, other than can you afford to go if you don’t get an aid package? You are confused about FA. You must call them or email them next week when they are in business and ask your questions! I hope it all works out for you!

@lovex222 - I’m so sorry to hear that even with a leadership scholarship that the aid package does not work for you! But U of Connecticut is awesome. I am sure you will be happy there! Debt is my main consideration as well right now. It’s a very BIG consideration! Best of luck to you!

@CaribbeanSun - no student ID needed to activate your account. You just use the user name and password that Holyoke provided to you when you applied. That should get you into ISIS and all that you need for now. If not, please call Holyoke next business week with your questions since you are admitted.

@whitelillies & @tama27 - Congrats to both of you! This is all so very exciting!

Hi guys, I have just been admitted. However, I cannot check my aid award, which makes me super anxious.
I haven’t received an email from the Financial Aid Office, and cannot log in to the FAO. The User ID and Password for my Admission Summary won’t work on that financial site.
My question is: Do you need an email from the FA Office before to know the aid? What are the steps to check your FA award ?

Help me guys, thanks !

@SunnyFloridaGirl I might consider asking to be bumped to fall, because I don’t really want to miss out on the huge fall orientation and all the initial club recruitment, campus employment etc. Would you accept the offer and do you have plans in mind?

Congratulations to all that get in~ I didn’t know the decision would be out today. I got up at 6 today and found out I was rejected by Smith. I felt very upset and went back to bed again…When I got up at 11 I found MHC’s decision was released…“Congratulations, you are in!” so excited!!!

yaayy got in!!!. I don’t know about my financial aid though…do they give decent aid even they havenot yet notified me of my financial aid package?

Hey guys. Just joining this thread. First of all, many congratulations to everyone who got accepted.
I, myself, got wait listed. Other people who received the same decision, please keep this page updated in case you hear from the admissions office. Mt. Holyoke continues to be my top choice. Hope some good news follows soon :)

BTW, has anyone, per chance, REJECTED the wait list? :S
