MPP, am I qualified?

Hello!
I am a junior at a BIG 10 school, pursuing a BS in Applied Economics (Emphasis in Environmental Econ).

Here's my situation:
So far, my GPA is a 2.8
Planning to take the GRE (end of this summer)

What school do I have a chance at (I am open to any accredited University)? I know my GPA isn't stellar, but I really like the MPP program. I honestly think I will do very well in it, according to the courses I have looked up.

I know that I have completed all of the prereqs for the MPP. I have some work expereince as well: I have been doing Co-op and Ag research within my University. I also hold a position through my University in the Financial Department. I have been PR and Communication Officer for cultural organizations as well.

I'm trying, just want to see what others think of my application thus far.
Thanks for reading

First off- you may have more luck in the graduate school section of this website. Second- and you will find this when you ask your question in the grad school forum, for most graduate programs, there is a mandatory 3.0 GPA to apply. This can be circumvented but it will take work history and probably some non degree graduate coursework.

Thank you very much for your response.
