What are the top schools that offer a one year MS in sports management? I have been to previous blogs discussing top programs, but not all of them offer a masters. My plan is to graduate undergrad in three years and then do a one year program. Does this sound realistic or do most programs like to see prior work experience like MBAs?

you can take a look at the MS enrolled students bios on many of the SM program webpages(my S is a Sm undergrad,so I've spent time looking at websites...lots of time LOL). It looks very much like MBA candidates, they are not people coming straight out of college. They have life/work experience.
Why not call a few grad advsors at SM masters programs and get some advice. The people in S's dep't at U of South Carolina are especially pleasant and helpful.

Thanks for the advice. I was thinking about transferring to a school that offers sports management for undergrad, but i am getting nearly a full ride a state school. I just don't think I have that many options coming out of my current school, but I want to save the money. Spending tuition for a one year's masters is a lot more practical than two or three years for an ug degree.
