MS in supply chain management & operations management

Hello,

I've completed by BS in Electrical Engineering, currently working as an Estimation Engineer since July 2012.
I'm really interested in going for MS in supply chain management and operations management next Fall. However, there are thesis based MS programs and non-thesis based MS programs.
My plan is to complete the MS course in a year and enter workforce again. I don't want to pursue PhD. Keeping this in mind, should I go for the MS with thesis or non-thesis option? Do employers, look for candidates with thesis coursework?
I'll really appreciate your answers with regard to this.
Thanks.
