Music History?

I'm currently at an Illinois public university and I'm getting kind of tired with the classes I'm taking at in college and I've decided to change my major (enrolled as business). I basically don't care for math or reading tedious boring stuff and writing about it. History is alright and interesting to me, but in class essays I don't like (I like typing and revising rather then handwriting with no web dictionary and so on).

Alright so here goes. I can play the piano and have no problem reading sheet music (unless its some really wierd stuff). I don't want to do Piano Performance or anything, just something more along the lines of some playing but mostly theory and music history. How to use computers to make music is also interesting.

Does anyone know what kind of music area to go into? Can someone explain to me what music business is and all the other types of music majors are, like music composition, theory and so on. Thanks.

Oberlin has a Music Technology major. Look into TIMARA program.
