<p>I will be graduating with a bachelors from CSULB next Spring 2015. I am a double bass music performance major. I am having trouble finding schools to apply to that have a musicology masters degree program but that also have good string bass teachers. My main focus is orchestral studies. I am hoping to audition with the Koussevitsky Concerto and Bach Cello Suite No. 2. I have a 3.5 gpa. However I don't have any internship experience. </p>

<p>I composed as an undergrad. Perhaps the crickets chirping around here is a sign things aren’t as bad as they were a few years ago (or perhaps just that the CC community are ambitious busybodies and there isn’t an ambitious busybody alive who would go to music grad school), so I wish you luck in finding programs worth applying to. </p>
