<p>Hi, I am a senior in high school who has recently got accepted to Drew. I have a passion for acting and singing and was wondering about Drew's musical productions.</p>
<p>is there a large selection to chose from? how popular are they compared to the dramas that are put on?</p>

<p>While Drew has a strong, hands-on theater program, a dance program, and a decent music program, I don’t get the sense that musical theater is a primary focus for them. So if that’s your main interest, it would probably be good to look elsewhere. That said, there are occasional musicals, excellent choirs, and several a capella groups including the excellent all-male group “36 Madison Ave”.</p>
<p>cadbury is correct. Drew Theatre does a musical about every other year. lots of drama options but very few musicals. signing is pretty much limited to a capella and choir</p>
