My account has been disabled!

I usually log in to my GT account using my computer. The other day I used my phone to log in and it hasn’t worked since! It says my account has been disabled because of logins from multiple geographic locations. Is there any way I can automatically enable it again? I emailed them and I’m waiting for their office to open so I can call but I’m seriously freaking out over here. I was going to accept their offer today and I hope this doesn’t change anything. Has this happened to anyone else?

They sent out a warning about mandatory changing of your password a few weeks ago. You probably did not do that in time or not at all??

No I didn’t but that wasn’t the problem because when I tried to use my old passport it just said please follow this link to reset password now which I did. However, I did all of this on my phone and using another wifi which I had never used for GT before. So then it just shut down and said your account has been disabled because you attempted a log in from multiple locations. Please contact us through email or fax to reactivate account. -_-

I was freaking out so much I actually ended up missing my piano lessons. Ugh wonderful.

Okay I’ll do that but do you know how long they take to respond to emails? I emailed them about this too. Apparently this is a routine thing because ‘un-disabling’ your account is included in the FAQ on their website.
