So one of my top choices for the music industry major school is, as you may have probably guessed, Northeastern. I don't really have a good GPA (like a 3.3-3.4 cumalative) but I have a LOT of extracurriculars (music related only: playing and testing for piano, having played for a church orchestra, and being part of a dancing choir non-profit performing company) and a pretty decent SAT score (1950). Are my chances of getting into the music industry major really slim? I need brutal honesty: I'm only a junior and I need to do whatever I can to improve. Thanks, and sorry for the inconviently long read.

My bad, I meant a 3.4-3.5 (which still isn’t so hot).

Focus on bringing your grades, take any relevant opportunities that come your way in terms of performance, and do what you can to get your SAT up.

I’d make a prediction, but I’m not admissions, and Northeastern has changed with regards to admissions enough in recent years that it isn’t easy to guess who they’ll be accepting this spring, let alone a year from now.
