Get your SAT (reading + math) over 1000 combined (if it is not already over 1000) and look into the Hudson Holland Scholars Program. A great program and worth at least $5,000 a year in scholarships for every year you stay eligible (automatic $5000 [non-science majors] or $7000 [science majors] the first year, depending on your major, and every year your gpa stays at 3.0 or above).

eligibility

IU does not have nearly enough minorities, so I would say your chances of getting in are very good with your current numbers, if your combined reading/math score is at or very close to 1000. If it is lower than that, re-take the SAT in October and get 1000+ and you will get in easily if you maintain the 3.0. Taking another AP or two senior year will help, too.
