My chance to get into Ohio State University

<p>I have a 3.9 GPA and i rank top 3 of my senior class. I want to apply for OSU but the ACT score that they require is way more than what i have. To be able to get into the main campus,i need the score of at least 26 but i only get a 19. Will i be able to get in there, or are there any chance that they will accept me. Thank You</p>
