MY Chances

<p>Hi everyone, I've been very stressed out trying to figure out my chances of getting into my list of colleges. Can anyone help? Here are my stats, please let me know what you think my chances are for these schools: UCSD, UCLA, UC Berkely, NYU, Columbia, Stanford (parent attended-legacy), University of Pennsylvania, and Yale. </p>

<p>Race- white </p>

<p>GPA- unweighted: 3.97
weighted: 4.3+</p>

<p>Honors and AP- Sophomore: 1 Honors
Junior: 3 Honors, 1 AP
Senior: 1 Honors, 4 AP</p>

<p>SAT- total: 2160
math: 750
writing: 720
CR: 690</p>

<p>SAT II- Math IIC: 730
Biology: 710</p>

<p>Extra Curriculars: Trumpet (HS Wind Ensemble, HS Jazz Ensemble), Varsity Volleyball (soph, jun, senior years), President of NHS(National Honor Society), President of JSA (Junior State of America).</p>

<p>Volunteer Work: Teacher aid at Sunday school, monthly work at soup kitchen for homeless.</p>

<p>Awards: President's Volunteer Service Award, Harvard Book Award, 2 class awards for honors classes.</p>

<p>Summer: 2007- camp counselor
2008- camp counselor
2009- camp counselor and travel to Europe for band competition.</p>

<p>well still. I will chance you anyways. I think you will be a competitive applicant and if you can get your SAT’s up more you will probably be in at at least a few of your choices.</p>

<p>If your school offered many more honors and APs that you could have taken, you have a problem at many of these schools.</p>

Your leadership roles are nice but nothing super stands out too much.
Your GPA is great though.</p>
