My Chances

Hey so I am going into my senior year and am looking at the following schools: University of Michigan, William & Mary, Wake Forest, University of Virginia, University of North Carolina, Boston College, and University of Richmond. Based on my credentials which I'll list below I was wondering what my chances are at these schools. I will be applying to the public schools out of state, but I am a legacy at UM (but I don't really know how much legacy helps there).

SAT: math:740 cr:680 writing: 700
SAT 2: math II: 790 us history: 740
GPA unweighted is a 3.3, but I am in all AP and honors classes with the exceptions of science and language. (Little concerned here because I go to a very difficult high school).
extracurriculars: 2 varsity sports, part of several community service projects through school, and involved as a tutor for underprivileged kids from the inner city.

Also, if anyone could come up with some safety schools for me or other schools I should look at that would be great too, thanks!

I don’t know much about the other schools, but for the University of Michigan you are going to be reach. Your SAT scores are fine but GPA is too low. The average GPA at Michigan generally ranges from a 3.7-4.0. UofM usually does not put much care towards legacy. Ultimately even if you are IS or OOS, your GPA is going to hurt you.
