I’m a person who likes school a lot and is willing to work hard to get A’s in all my classes.
These are the classes (its still not official) that I want to take:
-AP Calculus
-AP Physics 1
-AP Chemistry
-Junior Honors English
-AP World History
-German III
-Strength and Conditioning (every other day)
-Health (required course; every other day)
What is your opinion?
We don’t know the scope of your options but your schedule seems strong. Is that Calc AB or BC? great to be taking calc as a junior. It is a tough schedule. but if you enjoy it and want to take these classes then it seems good. We can’t judge if it is too much because we don’t know you and we don’t know what else you are involved with or what other responsibilities you have.
My school doesn’t offer BC actually…which is weird. At least, it wasn’t on the course selection sheet as a choice.
Calc AB isn’t a hard class if you pay attention and study. Especially if you are a fast learner. Can’t say anything about Physics or Chem but WHAP (World Hist AP) is a harder class if you don’t generally enjoy history… There’s a LOT of reading! As for German III, it depends on your school and whether or not it’ll be honors. Obviously it’s recommended to take a third year of a language so bravo on that. Honors English shouldn’t be too bad, saying as how about 1/3 of our grade takes AP Lang junior year. Your last two should be easy enough. But I do agree with the previous post. What I think is hard may not be hard for you, and visa versa.
PS Can you please check out my post about the same topic and give me your advice? Id appreciate it!
When I say “our grade” I mean at my school, but every school is different
