My May SAT Scores are in

hmm.. just my January scores are up, but the two schools that are up are schools i did not send them to in january... they are schools i sent my new SAT to, but they have my old SAT with the new schools i applied to??? what a mess

Yes, they are in if you click the "send scores to college' button.

After taking the May test, S thought he did well. After seeing his scores, we both are doing the happy dance.

I tried and it didn't work for me.

i still only see my Jan SAT scores... (after clicking send scores to college)... is there any chance mine will come sometime soon??? BLAH!

Mine are there as well cause I sent them to colleges. They SUCKED.
Lit - 690
Spanish - 700
Math2c - 700

my sat I scores aren't in. maybe this only works for the sat II's.

Darn, darn, darn. DD and I tried to pull up her scores. We clicked on "send scores to colleges" and the box that pops up says, "You do not have any scores available to send to colleges or other institutions at this time." It says her May scores will not be available until May 23rd. Bummer.

Congratulations, Northstarmom to your S! I hope we're doing the happy dance come Monday!

Yea, my friend said they are up. If on the login screen it says May 23rd, you have to click on "Send Scores to Colleges".

:)

S's SAT II is up but neice's SAT IIs are NOT up yet. I think the postings are in progress.

mine better come today...

Mine aren't up either :-(.

my SAT II scores were up - 790 m2c, 720 Physics (irony, considering everybody said Physics would be the easiest), 800 USH

weird, i looked at the colleges it apparently sent my old scores to (the march test).. and it showed all 8 colleges i had put down, 4 for march and 4 for may... hmm. and it sent the march results to all 8

You are the fisrt one I hear who gets a 800 on USH. My D. is going thru such a hard(boring) time in preparing the USH. I almost want her to try other subject test.

Would you let me know what book did you prep? Any suggestions/comment on how to prepare the USH?

Thanks so much.

S got 740 on Math IC, which I think is good.

All the prepping I did was for the AP exam, and my SAT II just happened to be the day after the test. I just used Princeton's APUSH book and did a cursory reading of its summary of US History, mainly picking out bold terms I didn't know, as well as doing 3-4 practice MC tests. Most of my studying was done in two days, so she should have plenty of time.

The SAT II had some more obscure questions than the AP test (although overall I felt they were easier than the AP test), as well as a few more modern questions. Common sense instead of overanalyzing the questions would serve her well on the SAT II.

Thank you, Ohnoes.

Taffy,
When you take an SAT test and designate colleges to receive it, the college board sends those colleges all previous h.s. SAT tests, too.

Most colleges, however, only consider your highest SAT scores (assuming that the highest score is the version of the SAT that the college now accepts.)

:O WHOA.

Yeah, I can see mine too! 800 on Biology M.

It seems that to see the May SAT I scores now via the "send scores" method, you probably have to have taken a previous SAT while in h.s. Maybe, though, the scores will go up later today for those who took it the first time in May.
