<p>USC may be well known for its Greek life, and though there are over 6,000 students who go Greek, it's still only 18% of the student population. USC's a pretty big school. You'll fit in no matter what you do or like to do (well, for the most part). That's what I've heard over and over.</p>
<p>Gogolbordello, I'd be careful about rejecting or selecting a college based on a single anecdotal report from anyone. Would everybody in your h.s. describe its snob factor the same way? </p>
<p>That said, research Pepperdine more carefully, as you may find it "more religious" than Georgetown (evangelical Christian rather than Catholic). </p>
<p>You might also wait until you have a first set of test scores before you categorize the schools that interest you. I wouldn't agree w/ the way they're divided in these posts, but until you can compare your actual GPA and scores w/ those of these colleges, it's not too meaningful. Good luck!</p>
