<p>My school uses naviance and when my teacher tried to check the boxes to submit the recomendations to colleges, brown’s box is UNCHECKABLE. Why?</p>
<p>Your teacher can always send it in by snail-mail. My son got a recommendation from his college professor via dual enrollment and naviance wouldn’t accept a letter from outside the school, so we just handled the issue manually.</p>
