Myslice?

I just received an interesting e-mail from Syracuse directing me to a website called myslice. After retreiving my network id I was able to access the site. This site essentially guided me in course registration, estimating a financial aid package, when to apply for financial aid and when i would receive a decision about the package. What exactly does this mean? It seems like the site is only for accepted students but I have yet to receive any notification. Have any previously accepted students received this as well, or is it just generic? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

My son got this email also. he just recently applied RD, so I think it's probably sent to all applicants.

All applicants are given a myslice account. If and when you are admitted, it is used for EVERYTHING and is a great resource.....good luck to all.....

The site is myslice.syr.edu and it's used by all students at SU. If you plan to attend, and I hope you do, it's a resource that you'll use to register for classes, find your semester grades (which I just did this afternoon), check your financial aid package, edit your personal information, employment information (if you choose to work), etc etc etc.

If you have any specific questions regarding myslice, I'll be more than happy to try and answer them the best I can.
