NACAC Fee Waivers

So I realize I am going to beget accusations of irresponsibility here, and that is probably fair, but considering the situation I figure it is better to ask.

For the schools I had already applied to, I had used CollegeBoard fee waivers. However, I used my four, and tonight tried to use my first NACAC one. Our family has 3 members, and an income of about 43,000. It told me that this was too much, and in researching the requirements, it appears it tops out at 40,800. My school had told me I qualified for it as I am on Free or Reduced Lunch, but it appears I do not. At this stage, is there anything I can? My family isn't really capable of paying for the applications. Are the income values put her cross checked to financial aid information?

I know bumping is general frowned upon but answer about this before I submit everything tonight would be nice.

The NACAC fee waiver my D used was a form her gc signed and stamped. We mailed it to the college after her app was submitted. Not sure what you’re using that requires figures but if you don’t think you’ll be able to qualify you should probably just pay the fee now.

I have the signed form as well. But when I tell CommonApp that I plan to use NACAC, it requests family size and combined income.
