I am looking at all types of schools, although most of mine are small liberal arts. I am an undecided major.
So far this is my list: Please help me narrow it down!

Lafayette (PA)
American University (DC)
Franklin and marshall (PA)
Trinity (CT)
Villanova (PA)
Connecticut college (CT)
Lehigh (PA)
George washington University (DC)
Boston College (MA)
Bucknell (PA)
Carnegie mellon university (PA)
Wesleyan (PA)
Stonehill (MA)
Colgate (NY)
Boston University (MA)

American University (DC) Good Merit Aid
Trinity (CT): Good financial aid. And I love the school!
Villanova ¶: It will be a bit reach for you@ I’ll cross out that one.
Connecticut college (CT): Good Aid
Lehigh ¶: I’m applying there as well. It’s awesome.
George washington University (DC): Awesome but too costly! Not sure about merit aid. They give full tuition but I think its very competitive
Carnegie mellon university ¶: This will be a high reach for you.
Colgate (NY): Awesome. But Competitive
Boston University (MA) : Lovely. NIce aid. They have the trustee award but I’m not sure of the requirements.

Hope this helps.! :)

Awesome, thank you!

Is your ACT composite a 28?

M+CR SAT 1330

GPA 3.4…what is weighted?

Phoenix…why do you think AU would give this student a lot of merit?

And…“good aid” is all relative. A school can give great aid, but if your income/assets are too high, then you’re not going to get great aid.

Pooky…we could probably eliminate some schools if we knew how much your parents will pay and what your likely EFC will be?

Quick EFC - this is a rough estimate
