<p>Does being a National AP Scholar mean anything to med school admissions?</p>

Granted to students in the United States who receive an average grade of at least 4 on all AP Exams taken, and grades of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams.</p>

<p>No. In fact, AMCAS won't even allow you to put your AP scores on your application. I put mine (because they're on my college transcripts) and AMCAS converted all the scores to "G" There are bigger (and more recent) achievements that med schools care more about.</p>
