<p>Does anyone know when national merit finalists have to submit their freshman enrollment deposits to still get the free laptop with the full ride national merit offer? I realize that the longer I wait, the less selection I’ll have when it comes to housing, but I’m not ready to submit a deposit yet (still waiting on a bunch of admissions notifications in early April). According to National Merit the final date to indicate your first choice college is sometime in April, but does the deposit have to paid earlier to get the laptop?</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure that the laptop is yours if you meet the NM deadline for declaring Bama as your #1 choice and, of course, enroll at UA.</p>
<p>I think the rule is that you have to sign up for Bama Bound by a certain date. </p>
<p>Either way, the deadline isn’t close, so you do still have time.</p>
