National University Of Singapore- AP scores help

Hi,
so im a student at an American High School (senior) and so far i have taken 6 ap's. on 5 of them, ive received 4 or higher, and i received a 3 in one of them. NUS (national university of singapore) gives "high preference" to those who have 5 or more exams with a four in each. will my sixth exam with the 3 be an issue? also, my sats arent required but should i send them anyways (710/690/650[2050])? also, i am currently taking 7 ap's. idk what my scores will be but should i wait to send them those results as well at the end of the year?

thankyou

Hi,
Where did you find the “high preference” indication? I am applying this year and it indicates that for international applicants, AP is optional (http://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/apply/international/admissionreq/ahsd.html). Maybe things have changed.
